Nice location, needs refreshing
Perfect location for skiing, 5min walk to Medran departure and even closer when back down to the village by ski. A real plus. Location is quiet, you can hear however noise between apartments but generally it was very quiet. Garage is convenient, ski room as well (but you won't leave your shoes in it overnight as it is very cold). Apartment is relatively big (2 sleeping rooms, normal size, one bathroom, a comfortable living room and a tiny kitchen). I think the big minus here is that the apartment looks and smells oldish, carpets could be replaced by wooden floor, old style furbishing could be upgraded a little bit, kitchen should be renovated while bathroom is okay). When we arrived, instructions had a mistake and we had to call someone to finally get the keys but without too much hassle so globally fine. However, don't expect the real estate company who holds keys to help you in anything, I guess they just have a "key contact" with owners (?), we sent them an email with a question the first day and never got an answer. We would globally rate as "fair" given that the price paid for a week justifies some refreshing investment by owners.
